MsiXray can debug, identify and resolve the problem .
When a New Application is installed on a PC it can conflict with other installed Apps causing them to error.
MsiXray either uses the MSI or an enhanced scan to discover the required software environment for the App to work correctly.
Differences between Environment and PC are highlighted, and can then be resolved by MsiXray invoking Local Isolation of DLLs to ensure that each App uses the correct versions.
Full conflict reports for all Files/Registry Entries required by App installed on a PC can be produced.
Sysinternal’s Procmon can be called by MsiXray, and the logs processed to
a)Provide lists of Files/Registry entries used by an App
b)Identify why an App works on one PC but not another.
c)Identify in one run what levels of access security are required for a User.
